We thank you for your business and hope we have served you well. We ask that if you need to return any item purchased from us, that you give us a call at 1-708-524-2660 and let us know when to expect the item. Please include this form filled out with the information below, a copy of the receipt as well as a short note letting us know the reason for the return. (Note: If the item(s) returned came from a group or package price, the refund will be less than the list price and less the shipping charge.) You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
We will only accept packages that include the RAN number that you received from us.

RETURNS

Please read our "Return Policy" for complete return instructions.

We have a 15 day return policy. If there is a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back (return and outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility). All items must have all tags included on the product. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). You are responsible for all shipping charges. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail from us.

Return Policy

Please open your package and check it thoroughly before removing any tags/packaging. Barnard’s Schwinn will accept returns of new, unused, undamaged and unassembled items in their original packaging (and with their original tags) within 15 days from the date that the order was received. Restocking fees may apply if proper packaging and tags are not included. Garments must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered and undamaged to be accepted.

Once we receive the product, a credit for the product will be issued through your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal etc). Return shipping and original outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility. If you are requesting a product exchange, outgoing shipping charges will apply.

You must package the products properly. Barnard's Schwinn is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during return transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for credit. Barnard's Schwinn is not responsible for any lost packages during return shipping. We recommend that customers obtain insurance and receipts for any packages returned to us.

Instructions for Damaged/Defective Items

If the contents arrived in damaged condition, please keep the damaged product and all shipping and packing materials (including the original shipping carton). Damaged shipments require us to file a claim with the shipping company and they may need to inspect the damaged items/boxes. If you feel that you have received a defective product, we will issue a replacement within 30 days of the original order. We will pay ground shipping on the replacement product back to you. If return is non-defective, you will be responsible for replacement shipping charges. If your return is the result of our error, a return postage fee of $4.50 will be credited to you (for return postage). In either situation, please contact us within 15 days. We will work with you to get you a credit or a replacement.
